Emily has taken part in several national dance competitions. The majority of these took place during her time at Surrey University where she competed for four years on Surrey University’s Dance Squad. Emily Danced as part of Advanced Jazz, Advanced Contemporary, Wildcard and Advanced Hip Hop teams.

During her second year at University Emily was elected choreographer for the Intermediate contemporary team. Her piece ‘Hanging On’ placed in the top three at every competition visited, including 2nd at the largest inter-uni dance competition in the U.K.

During her fourth year Emily was elected choreographer for the Advanced Jazz team. Her piece ‘A little Fire’ placed 2nd at Surrey University’s Dance Competition.
